How to: Center the text in all cells in a table.
Solution:
Select the table, select the 'Format' menu and select 'Paragraph...', choose 'Indents and Spacing' tab, and select 'Centered'.
NOTE: Text can be centered or otherwise aligned or formatted in individual cells or in groups of cells.
1) Single-click anywhere in the desired table.
2) Select the 'Table' menu and select 'Select Table'. (The entire table is highlighted.)
3) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Paragraph...'. (The 'Paragraph' dialog box appears.)
4) Click 'Indents and Spacing' tab.
5) Select 'Centered' from the 'Alignment' drop-down list box.
6) Click 'OK'.
